At Terra Garden, we work with what each season brings — planting when the time is right, harvesting what’s ready, and leaving room for rest, change, and new beginnings.
What we grow starts with what the land can support. We pay attention to our microclimate here in the Algarve — the soil, the light, and the space each plant needs. Some thrive shoulder to shoulder, others need distance. Knowing what works comes from research, but just as much from observing, experimenting, and learning season after season.
